Gautrain for White people Only

No bus at Centurion C4 stop 9.

I have to walk from the bus stop all the way to the station sometimes because the bus does not show up! very unfair that I pay for a service that is useless and does not keep time or does not show up! The bus supervisors I know by name and they know me too because I am always complaining! for close to two years I have been experiencing the same issue! Enoch, a supervisor at the station in Centurion has made countless promises to me and has even went as far as promising to lay a complaint on my behalf and call me back but till today he has continued to disappoint me by not making sure that there is a bus that comes to the stop as scheduled and the bus drivers are on time!

I am told that the drivers have been given up to 5 minute off the scheduled time. I can understand that, but for the bus not to show up and put my life at risk walking in dark places and under bridges is unacceptable! My gautrain experience has been awful and I feel that, had I been a white male, action would have been taken from the first complaint but because I am a young black male, I am not taken seriously. This morning a car guard at the rosebank station refused to open a parking that i pay for!! When he finally decided to open for me I had already missed my train! on my way to the platform I saw him rush to open for a white man in a bukkie. I passed a comment, that his mind was still in chains!

It's pathetic how black people are treated like trash by the very same black people! My sin is that I have dark skin. The people you hire dwell in self hate and bring it out on commuters!
