1. I was incorrectly charged a penalty fee for a glitch that was caused by their system. They took month to refund me, yet this was because of their fault. Pure incompetence and inconvenience on my part. 2. Their buses never stick to the schedule. It’s useless looking at that schedule because a bus will never arrive on time or it’ll arrive but change the destination therefore you end up not getting on the bus - resulting in you being late. Therefore do not rely on their schedule it’s pointless.
