Gautrain Eeish!

Gautrain have had a technical fault the past two days.<br> That itself is not a problem.<br> The problem is the company is not giving correct information.<br> <br> This morning the public announcement said the delays would add 20 minutes to normal travel time. I though to myself, I could live with a 20 minute delay! That 20 minute delay ended up being a 2hour delay!!! And even as I was getting to my destination, the public announcements still said 20 minute delay.<br> <br> There were some school children on the train who had exams, people were going for interviews and other important meetings. If one knew the delay was 2 hours, one would have had a choice to find alternative transport arrangements, we thought we could live with 20 minutes but not 2 hours! And you cant really walk out of the train when its stopped in the veld between Midrand and Centurion!
