I made an enquiry to the Customer Service Department about the refund on the monthly product because of the Corona lockdown! “Given” entered into a live chat And was very friendly and helpful immediately answering to the enquiry! I therefore would like to commend the good service provided and friendly professional manner in that the refund was concluded within 5 working days from acknowledgement of the claim!
