Gautrain Customer agent - NikhiL

I contacted the Gautrain customer service live chat to report a bus driver who was speeding and did not stop at a bus stop. Nikhi L, the agent who responded to my complaint told me that I should have ‘flagged’ the driver to stop. I rep**** that I actually waived using my umbrella. Nikhi L then sarcastically responded that ‘IF’ you had flagged the driver to stop, provide the details. I have been taking the Gautrain and the bus daily for over 5 years.
