Gautrain card expire

Tried to enter to parking at Centurion only to be advised invalid card. Upon enquiry just told card expired despite still having more than R950 still on card. Lady behind counter arrogantly said it expired you need to buy new one and forfeit credit on card. Can’t recall being advised card is expiring still used it on 28/12/2017. This service culture is definitely not what Gautrain needs
