Gautrain Card Cancelled / Sunday Monte Casino Shuttle

<p>I tried to use the Gautrain for the first time in, apparently, more than 2 years, only to find that my Gold Card had been deactivated due to inactivity. I live in Tzaneen, Limpopo, and only use the Gautrain rarely. I got a Gold Card in case I ever needed to use the Gautrain or a bus. Luckily this happened on a Sunday and a friend dropped me off at the Sandton station, what if I had needed to use the bus to get to the station!?!?!?!? What's worse is that there was R42 loaded onto the card that had been deactivated and the attendant told me that you forfeit money not used in two years. This is essentially THEFT, or in laymans terms, R42 of MY MONEY was ****** by Gautrain. I would like this amount transferred to my current Gold Card and the R15 DEPOSIT for the card paid refunded. The second issue is the Monte Casino shuttle. I was plannig to use it on Sunday and there was conflicting information on the website, the one page says tickets can be purchased from either Monte Casino or the Sandton station, when you open the attachemnt, it says that you can onl;y buy tickets form the station. Now, I pose a simple question: WHO BUYS TICKETS FROM THEIR DESTINATION WHEN THEY HAVEN'T GOT TRANSPORT TO GET TO IT???</p>
