GAUTRAIN

On the 26th of August , I checked in at Sandton station which has been confirmed. According to Gautrain I did not check out at Rhodesfield station which resulted in being over charged for parking. Upon enquiring I was advised that I did not take the train which I did. According to CCTV footage I have not checked out at Rhodesgield station. Which I did as I always do. I know of 20 people that also experienced issues and that was over charged. These people have however been compensated and their issues resolved. Gautraim is refusing to resolve my matter stating that I am at fault. As a result I havekneextra trip. Which can be deducted and the correct amount refunded to my pat as you ho. But the trip works out less than what need to refunded so it's easier to ***** the funds than to rectify the issue as their system are nor always working as it should
