Gautrain bus services

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience on your bus service during the cold and rainy weather.

As the rain began, I expected the bus to provide some shelter and comfort from the elements. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The bus I traveled on had water pouring in from the emergency exit. The driver informing us that there'snothing he can do and that we should complain at the office. For the duration of the ride, we were subjected to a wet and uncomfortable journey.

This has been one of my worst experiences with the Gaubus, and I hope steps will be taken to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
