Bus services are not up to standard, we are continuously complaining about busses being late, getting the same responses all the time, that its traffic etc and they make the best effort to be on time but in the mornings the busses never leave the station on time! In the after noon the busses dont leave the turning point at the correct time.

This is a issue that management can resolve with the employees, but once complaints are logged and the problem is addressed the drivers have issues with the commuters.
