Gautrain bus Service

The Gautrian bus service on the M2 route has gone bad I called the bus Operations was informed the bus was @ stop 12 18:43 , the drivers delay the trip to the station as was the case again yesterday. I waited from 18:35 to 18:53 @ Vodaworld the driver of JL 51 JB GP was driving @ less than 40 Kilomoters I asked if there was a problem with the bus because i will miss my train @ this speed I was ignored. Arriving the station he said he had received a warning for speeding, that's not any of my concern.

This morning I get squashed while boarding the the bus (JL 51 MZ GP) @ Midarand , driver claims he did see me if find that unacceptable the other drivers around had rush to release the doors while he just sat there not knowing what to do !
