Gautrain Bus Service

I am a daily Gutrain commuter and today for the first time in my life i had a bad experience. I always take the bus from the Midrand station and get off at New Road opposite Shell bus stop.

The driver was a black female as i was boarding the bus this morning this driver shuts the door on me with one leg in and one leg out the bus. She was very impatient and commuters pressed the bell and she totally ignored it.
