Gautrain Bus Service

<p>Just got to work after walking 7 kilometres because your disrespectful inhumane bus driver decided not to stop at the bus terminal to let 7 passengers off the bus after indicating to him that we are getting off but he still drove with us 7 kilometres from our destination and did not even offer to go back instead he asked us if we do not know here our drop off point is????what an awful customer experience, I want feedback as to whats gonna happen to the bus driver for 8012D (Randjiespark) who boarded passengers at 6:30 from the Midrand station and what remedies you gonna offer 7 passengers who walked a mile because of your poor service.</p> <p> </p>
