Gautrain Bus No Show

The last two buses for the Melrose Arch route did not show up as per schedule. This was a great inconvenience to me as I had to UBER myself to the station after waiting nearly an hour yesterday (14/11/2018). Is there an explanation for this as a similar thing happened last week Wednesday where the 19:37 bus did not show up?
