Gautrain Bus Driver Sandton vs Pretoria Bosman

Bus drivers are no longer what they were in the 90’s. I once heard Gautrain bus drivers were taxi drivers previously. I so didn’t ask a lot or make sure that was true. I am a regular at the Gautrain stations and rely on it as transportation especially to work. Iv been going to Sandton this week on Monday, Tuesday and today Wednesday 27-03-2019. I got off at the station and I need to catch a bus but I didn’t know which bus it was, I had the address and could direct and knew the street it takes but not the street name, I also the man that holds a book and shows you which bus to take, he didn’t answer me when I greeted him, I spoke to him ask him to please show me which bus goes to the address I had, on the address there were words like “Rivonia” he didn’t bother looking at the directions and made me read it out so I did and he told me he doesn’t know what am talking about and kept saying, huh? huh? huh? Everytime i’d try explain to him which bus it was I need. I told him some of the buildings I knew on that street and I could point which street it was the bus should take because I sow Gautrain bus stops on that street the previous day. He understood which street it was and pointed to say “go stand there...” I didn’t know where so I asked him where? He said behind that white guy. I stood and the bus came, I got off the wrong bus stop because the driver didn’t know the bus stop I asked him about. Today I know which bus to catch, i stand in queue and the bus comes we leave for our mini trip, i didn’t know the bus stop that I had to get off at and I tell the driver as his approaching to show me which bus stop is nearby and he stops there and doesn’t tell me. I stand up when his at the traffic lights and tell him where am going and I need to get off, he just shacks his head and I ask him if I can get off there, he say shakes his head again, I asked him to please drop me off at the next stop and he he looks at me and said “ya”. The number plate of the bus is ZFZ592GP the drive that drove this bus today Wednesday 27th March 2019 and the bus control need people s****s. I got off at the next stop because it was next stop and he didn’t bother telling me, I sow people standing up and I knew it was time. I don’t know what’s wrong with Sandton bus drivers and the treatment there because Pretoria Bosman has better service I mean the buscontrol man at Pretoria the AFRICAN short man deserves a bonus and increase just for how he speaks to people. I don’t think these people go for the same training or if training is compulsory. It’s enough that bribe is taken than people loading their tag cards, I mean people should respect their jobs and have good communications s****s is essential. I don’t believe anyone should get fired I believe that teaching these people and maybe they not happy nobody can control their emotions but training can help, also not forgetting that people’s s****s in not helping a white people with a smile and an African like they must just ask and move (consistancy). These bus drivers are becoming unapproachable. I won’t stop using the Gautrain and bus services, please improve and implement change where necessary, sell your brand as the best, which got me thinking the bathrooms at the Sandton station are not even the cleanest.
