Gautrain Bus Driver Leaves Passengers Stranded

My Wife decided to try out the Gautrain services from Fourways to Rosebank which meant catching the bus from Epsom Downs to Sandton and then the train to Rosebank. No busses arrived in the morning so I had to drop her off at the Sandton station where coming back really clarified that the Gautrain service is not a viable option for a daily commute to work. After my wife caught the train back to Sandton in the evening, firstly my wife missed the Fourways bus, so no train synchronisation, but more annoying was that after catching the next bus available, come 17:00 the bus driver pulled over on Ballyclare drive and said to approximately 20 passengers \Okay everyone
