Gautrain Bus drive bumped my car twice,ran and harassed my wife

Yesterday (26th June around 12:30 pm )a Gautrain bus driver ( 8027s)harassed my wife,urging her to get off the bus quickly. He drove of as she was getting off,she almost got hurt.

He then bumped my car twice tried to run off without stopping. We chased him and he intentionally bumped our car for the second time (I have pictures I took from the incident). He was extremely was unapologetic and still continued to shout and scream at us.

We went to the police station to report the incident.

This morning we called the Gautrain offices to find out how the matters will be resolved. Instead of getting any help, a lady from Finance told us to get our lawyers to contact their lawyers.

My wife and I are appalled at how Gautrain is disregarding the matter,treating their customers like insignificant objects.

We are extremely upset and seeking advice on how to proceed with thi kind of abuse.
