Gautrain Bus Did not stop

I’m extremely ****ed off and angry at ur bus service. A bus just left me and did not stop I was at the kempton Park civic center bus stop and the driver was driving on another lane and I had stopped the bus way before the bus stop but it did not bother to stop . I had to go to Voortrekker and west street bus stop and I’m extremely late for my appointment and had to wait another 20 mins to get another bus. Please conduct proper customer service with your bus drivers and they should always consider their customers
