Gautrain Bus bad services

<p>I am a guatrain customer. i use the gautrain . gautrain bus an shuttle on a daily basis. Today i saw something that i have never seen before . I used the gautrain bus from Menlyn to Hatfied . The bus arrived at Menlyn stop 13:15 the busdriver got out leving the bus running and unattended for 15 min after about 10 min the bus made a very loud beeping noise this continued for about 5 min . i could see the second bus from menlyn to hatfield coming . the busdriver came back with a bag in his hand . He continued to drive while driving he looked on is phone constantly and driving reckless and not really paying attention to the road. I have the numberplate of the bus . This is the first time i had bad services from gautrain. Gautrain in welcome to phone me </p>
