Gautrain bus

I am currently in a Gautrain bus which is going back to park station. What happened is that yesterday was my first time using the bus and asked to get off at a bus stop near Bree and the driver dropped me off there. Today when I was about to get off where they dropped me off yesterday, the bus driver refused to open the door and only opened it few streets away from Bree which I didn't know. The bus driver was very rude and told me to search for the driver who dropped me yesterday. This is so unprofessional for Gautrain and thinking that they have such rude drivers who can't talk with people properly.
