Gautrain becoming increasingly expensive to use

Gautrain is really becoming very expensive, and to many things not working, if its not the loading bays then its the boom gates. Please give people travelling monthly some discount, the R1 parking is a wonderful idee, make it a permanent price for monthly users. I am complaining on this platform because gautrain does not have any means of suggestions or complaints on there site, and if you phone its a lost case.
