Gautrain becoming a draconian institution

Morning<br> I would like to register a complaint or concern your new train schedule. <br> Gautrain has reduced train intervals from 12 to 10 min however what I notice and am unable to comprehend is why you have removed 8 car trains during the peak periods. Since the change was implemented I have not been able to get a seat on the train. I leave at 06h30 or 06H20 from Centurion. Every day it is a push and shove just to get on the train. At the next station we are shoved like cattle into open spaces. I understand they need to run a profitable business however they are becoming a draconian institution where they are not considering your clients. I battle to stand for long periods of time due to a back injury and my back has been in constant spasm the last few days and I think it is from standing in an uncomfortable position where I have nothing to hang onto. The train design does not cater for the safe travel of standing passengers!!!<br> My other concern is the way they treat the woman on the train. There are some small petite as well as elderly ladies that get pushed and shoved and people with backpacks are going to hurt them. What about a person infected with a Virus getting on?
