Gautrain bad service

On Sunday I got on a wrong train. When I got to the midrand station a lady who didn't have a name tag didn't want to hear my story and automatically assumed that I wanted to get on a free train. I tried explaining to her but she wouldn't listen. She then said I must pay R10 extra so i can proceed to the bus(I don't know why she said I must go to the bus when I wanted to get on train.) she sent me to a cashier who was patient enough to listen and understand what I was saying. The cashier then directed me to where I was supposed to go to wait for my train. The other lady made feel like a *****.
