Gautrain bad promotion

Took the kids for the pretoria zoo promotion. Sandton station firstly can only take cash at window so you have to leave the station and go draw money in the street at atm. Then nobody knows about the promotion in the station. The cashier phoned to check and said you display your gautrain card at the zoo to get the kids wrist bands for free entry. The zoo will tell you the bands are at station so sorry you need to pay for the kids. All and all you are looking at R1100 for 4 ppl to use this promotion. Its an absolute ripp off and frankly the zoo itself is run down and a mess.
