GAUTRAIN BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM FED UP!

I am really disappointed at the service I've been getting from GAUTRAIN. They've been taking my trips before the expiry date, this has happened twice already...And when I call they always make it seem like they understand and they tell me to claim etc, they even take me through the process(I've spoken to several consultants already) , I'm fed up with GAUTRAIN, I really am!!!I have claimed three times already for two different events...YOUR SERVICE IS REALLY REALLY BAD, it's very disappointing because I've never had to go through such nonsense before. I'm actually just angry, very angry... I can't be going back and forth with you guys..it's really frustrating!!!!
