Gautrain and poor service

I had a very bad experience with The Gautrain bus on Monday. I took a bus which had a destination sign to where i was going,only for the bus to travel in the opposite direction. Upon confirmation with the rude bus driver, i was told the sign is broken and i would have to find my own way back, of which i did at my own cost and effort. Now comes the even worse part. I asked that Gautrain refund the toll paid for the trip, to which i was told that they can give me a refund at an admin fee of R50, and bring them my bank statement, mind you the refund is R22. This is not about the money but rather of the principle of customer service and service delivery. I am appalled at this poor service and exploitation of commuters, as this is SOE and should serve the people. Please be careful when dealing with Gautrain
