Gautrain and its failure of good service

Needs competent and professional staff, employees taking up passenger seats disturbing me by passing phones to one another which kept me from being able to read the words on my book, repeatedly taking selfies and making such noise it makes me feel uncomfortable, as other passangers I could understand this behaviour but from those who work there? Another issue is the bus drivers fail to pick passengers up at the stop stations I have been numeousely been ignored and seen bus drivers look directly at me while at the stop stations and continue to drive pretending they have not seen me, this is really unprofessional and I believe gautrain really needs to reevaluate its staff members.
