Gautrain have no idea how to make their system user friendly. To reload your card on their useless system makes you wait 30min before you can use the money for a train. This is the mist ridiculous system I have ever used, and not to speak about their staff. They just tell you, sorry you have to wait for 30min. Useless!!!!!!!!!!!
