So my card failed to work at a gate now I had to get a refund now. Had to wait 20 min so I was late for work by 30 min

Ooh sorry there is nothing that they can agh please. I demanded full refund and a computation for what happened. There was no manager at park station and they could not explain why my card broke at the gate

Going to call the call centre.

I still want my week ticket and my parking for free other wise sorry centurion station I am not moving from the gate.
