Gaubus shenanigans

I wanted to rate it zero, but it wouldn't allow. I just climbed onto the Randjiespark bus and while in transit, the bus driver received a call and took it and started having a fat chat. I waited a minute or 2 and then asked him to please drop the call, he responded by asking why I was bothering him, he can drive and take a call. Quite an unpleasant encounter. Considering the amount we pay to use the facilities, you would think that the attitude of the drivers would be different. That proper customer care & soft s****s training was given. It's not the first time I've had or witnessed a bad experience with these drivers and I highly doubt it will be the last.
