gates close on people

I was going out, first there wasn't enough money on my card, but the people at centurion said there were enough, we put money on again and I got to the gate. The security guard was standing in front of me and when I ask to come trough he hmph at me and stand still. The other gates weren't opening. After a minute or two the security guard moved. I swiped my card and stepped forward. I was halfway through when I felt a pain in my arm and leg. I looked down and saw the gate closed on me. The people on the other side yelled at the security guard to open the gate so they could come and get me. They got me through and called customer care. The lady asked me what happened and I told her. She took my card, cellphone number, e-mail address and i.d number. She printed my receipt and went inside.
