I logged 2 claims on amounts deducted from my bank but not loaded onto my card, one of the claims was declined and the Gautrain will be able to see the amount of R343 was not loaded onto my Gautrain card. Cant you see you havent loaded the product?

Loyal customer for over 8 months and I have been ****** by such a high ranked company! Why? I use you guys on a daily bases and support has always been shown.

They requested my bank statement for the R443 but still havent sorted this out. How may I take this up further lawfully as they dont have a telephonic way to communicate with someone in charge of their claim department.
