False Advertising = no benefit for Keva Mova Card

I was approved fro the new Keva Mova card that is supposed to give people over 60 years of age a 50% discount on trips . Gautrain is still charging me the standard rate , and have also already declined my 1st request for a refund = Is this false advertising ???
