Exuberant parking fees

I have always been fond of the Gautrain service and have defended you when other people complained but after this weekends shocking experience I would recommend the SA Taxi service to my overseas guests above your train service. We parked at Rosebank and traveled to Park Station to go on a tourist trip. After our return trip we decided to quickly go to Rosebank to the Play with Oreo store, which took a bit longer than anticipated as the queues were ridiculously long. Upon our return I was billed R100 to park in the Gautrain building - it would have been more affordable to park in Rosebank for the entire day than to have been billed so heftily by you. Also please teach your security guards manner - the lady was so rude and blatantly disrespectful towards us!<br> I am so disgusted with this day-light-******* and by only communicating this in small print at the entrance and not anywhere else. I understand if you would implement this rule during the week when the parking is too full but on a weekend when there is no one in the parkade how can you take advantage of paying customers? I am terribly disappointed and utterly disgusted with your service and your regard for paying customers!
