EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE FROM GAUTRAIN

I am writing this for an other time... I am extremely disappointed at the poor service you provide to your loyal customers. People that have been loyal for years supporting your business. The Sandton station crew that deals with the bus operations and the randburg route ie a crew I will never forget due to their professional level of rudeness and disrespect. Especially the lady that often answers when you dial *** to check what's going on with their FOREVER LATE drivers. It is very unbelievable to see that not only these people would give you wrong answers to get you off their line, but they would not give a damn. Rather, they would block your number from calling them again. I wouldn't recommend the bus to anyone I know, especially not the randburg route as drivers are rude, office personnel rude, disrespectful and extra unprofessional, not willing to assist. I wonder what exactly do they go to work in the first place!
