EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE

On my arrival at the Marlboro Gautrain station, I'm told that Bank card terminals are offline. I explain to her that I'm off to Pretoria, and don't have any cash on me but card instead. In a very rude manner she tells me she can't help me I have to take a shuttle to the nearest ATM. The shuttle is R15, and I need R20 to get to PTA. I ask who's gonna pay for the shuttle when I already stated I don't have cash on me, she tells me I should then walk to the nearest ATM, as if banks machines being offline was the customers fault.
