Exploitation of DLTC clients, Centurion

Good Day I went to renew my drivers licence today, as per DLTC regulations a person has to be there an hour before the time. There is limited parking available and if is full then you have to use the Gautrain parking facility. After an hour and minutes I walked out and went to pay my parking ticket. There is a sign stating zero to 15 minutes parking is free, 15 to 1 hour it is R 18 but over an hour it is R 126. I am sure that the Gautrain company is well aware that it usually take longer than an hour at DLTC, that there is limited parking so people have to parking inside the parking area, so they exploit people parking. This is a *******, disgusting and absolute exploitation.
