Expired cards don't get refunded - they take your money!

Gautrain issue cards, which then expire, and if you don't claim your refund before it expires, then you forfeit the balance left on your card. A customer should be able to claim that refund for a period of at least a few years after the expiry upon presentation of the expired card. This is theft, taking money that is not yours.
