excellent service

Im a paraplegic on wheelchair,I was off from gautrain to gaubus, , when I get there passengers was on a bus with no wheelchair access, gaubus employees, took out all passengers out to the coming bus with wheelchair access, just to accommodate me, they didn't let me to wait alone for another bus, <br> <br> <br> Gautrain employees are the best when it comes to people with disability , they put more efforts by taking care of us , they make you feel at home, you don't experience any difficulty there, the staff are excellent with good communication and customer care all of them, I'm so happy about them and this is happening everyday<br> <br> thank you ,keep up the good work<br> <br> Maki<br> ***
