Dropped off in the middle of nowhere

<p>After a week I spent in Pretoria, I took the train to the airport on Thursday (8 September 2016) evening 19:16. The train stopped at Rhodesfield and we were all told to get off the train, never having stopped at Rhodesfield before I didn't know which bus to take. I asked about 3 busdrivers which to take (because none of them had specified) and eventually a driver said he will drop me off at the airport. I had repeatedly asked him if he will take me to the airport, then asked him what time we will arrive since I have to check in and had expected the train to go directly to the airport. A passenger behind me then said I should tell him to take me to the airport and the driver stopped and told me to get of 'here'. There was a gate and he said I must go through there to the airport, I asked him if he was sure and he insisted. He then left me there. I tried to open the gates to go and a woman came to tell me that I was a long way away from the airport. After begging a shuttle (who was there, luckily) he took me to the airport.</p> <p> </p> <p>Gautrain had no response when I emailed them about my complaint and the fact that I felt I was in danger. Dropped off, I still don't know where, I could have been ****** or ****d AND I could have missed my flight but Gautrain does not care about their appaling service and endangerment of their clients. </p>
