Drop/Pickup Zone

<p>Today my brother n I where almost manhandled by a very rude security guard at gautrain bosman station. </p> <p> </p> <p>How does it work that we arrive at the gaustation to catch a 1451 Pretoria to Rhodesfield at 1445 using card ********** ********** 0 ********** 1481 and mother arriving from midrand at 1500 and we are told we cn not wait at the drop/pickup zone by a very rude security personnel.</p> <p> </p> <p>I'm a frequent user of the train and I travel with big bags my brother drops me off n also assists with my bags we r not hanging out there for fun n by now we should know the rules n regulations of the train. I'm leaving for 2weeks n to have to part as a disgruntled pax was totally uncalled for. </p> <p> </p> <p>Surely there are human ways of addressing people. I would like to know the rules of the drop off zone. </p>
