double charged

I got charged for a trip I took and used my bank card to pay for. I was told that I did not complete my trip when I tried to get a refund which makes no sense, because I did use the same bank card to leave the train station as I did not have a Gautrain transit card then. I wonder how many people are being ****med by Gautrain without even knowing.
