Door wouldn’t open

The train arrived I walked up to the door and pressed the button….the door wouldn’t open…..the driver had stepped out to check and I was at the door near her…she say last open the door…I say it’s not opening ….her answer was eish and she stepped back into the train and it and her left. I am now waiting for the next train !!
