Don't answer calls, refuse to refund money

They have expired gautrain cards and refuse to refund money left on the card unless you have the receipt from when the card was bought around 5 years ago, or a bank statement showing you paid the money onto the card, problem is that who keeps an 18 rand receipt for 5 years and if you use pay as you go, you never get a receipt. Beware of loading extra funds on your gautrain card, call centre never answers either.
