Doesn't even deserve a star

<p>So today at the Sandton Gautrain station, I came to board the shuttle bus to Monte Casino, the service I received was below any standard I had ever received anywhere.</p> <p>It being my first time using this service, the procedure was unknown by me.</p> <p>The lady at the ticket office was asleep when I got to the ticket office, the driver, who was eating in the office had to wake her up, then I asked if we had to pay cash, she said yes, then I made my way to the shuttle, thinking that this is a rather unregulated way of paying for a 'professional' company's services. So I climbed into the shuttle and saw other passengers holding tickets, I immediately returned to the office and the lady told me that I didn't ask about the tickets, admittedly, being upset, I confronted her and she gave me an attitude, telling me to repeat myself after calling her *********** and responding by saying that she is not stupid, thereafter, I asked her name and she refused to give it to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Gautrain, please review this employee, I forsee great turmoil coming from her words and actions.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you.</p>
