Disgusting

Alison Mgadi at the Hatfield station is absolutely the rudest personnel I've ever encountered, his attitude is ****** disgusting, this guy attacked me for walking in the parking instead of directing me to the bridge where pedestrians walks, in all honesty I did not see any signs, it's the attitude, the way he addressed me and the way he kept on talking on his cellphone instead of directing me to the proper place... Teach your staff manners.
