Dangerous step at Hatfield Station

On Sunday evening my wife and I were getting off the Gautrain Station in Hatfield. While exiting through the Grosvenor Road exit, my wife twisted her ankle and fell on the small step from the station level to the pavement level. This resulted in an injury to her ankle and knee. The twisted ankle resulted in a torn ligament, which now requires surgery. The step down which she fell is not marked and is not easily visible and there are no exterior lights in that area. There are no obvious ramps in the area for people carrying wheeled cases. There are also no Gautrain security or other personnel stationed in this area who are able to help.
