DELAYED AGAIN FOR THE SECOND TIME TODAY. I was delayed for 30 min travelling from Sandton to Hatfield around 15:45 at Sandton. Total time delayed today stands at 1 hour 20 min. No real or meaningful communication or information provided. Really looks like the Gautrain is going backward with several delays to date. Clearly their "on-time" marketing campaign cannot happen this this year. Gautrain what are you going to do to improve communter experience in this regard? Please stop announcing at train stations that "we apologize for any inconvenience cause" because I do not believe you. Put your money where your mouth is.
