Customer service

Gautrain is stuck at Marlboro and thats understandable, technical problems right, thats fine,but what is not fine is we are asking how long will it take for the train to move and they don't,the driver then tells the security guards to leave us alone,and not even stand next to us or answer our questions, which is their job,its 8 in the evening an ofcourse as a woman I'm concerned,they have been fixing this issue for almost an hour now
