commuters getting injured
the gautrain staff nor owners do not even know the meaning of customer service

yesterday morning the glass dividers closed on me for the 2nd time, the guards whose job was to watch this area where too busy watching the people on escalator and going to the lifts.when i went to them in panic they just looked at me and pointed to the ticket box. as i got there the security supervisor jeffery tried to calm me down as i explained what happend and that i have a metal plate *****s n pins in my hand that got hurt.

my friend who was behind me went to the ticket box to speak the customer care supervisor NONHLANHLA as she had got hit by the door also was told we dont know how to use the gates etc and implying that we are stupid and having a laugh about it,instead of coming out and to check if i was ok.while i stood there about 4 other people who tagged their cards to walk through also got hit by the glass dividers, but no one cares because gautrain makes maybe billions every month from commutors .

why cant they just fix their stuff ? is it gonna end up like their buses which are NEVER serviced?
Are more people going to have to spend their weekends like me,in pain and having to go for xrays
